FREE ECU ZIN REMAP TRAINING COURSE IN HAI PHONG ON 08/04/2025

Following the series of free ECU Zin Remap training programs held in the Western and Southern regions, on April 8, 2025, Autoshop Vietnam will continue to collaborate with Toan An Dong Company to bring advanced technology to the technician community in Hai Phong.

• Benefits of remapping: optimizing performance, saving fuel, improving drivability.

Lesson 2: Conditions Required for Remapping

• Technical and hardware requirements.
• Checking the vehicle’s condition before intervention.

Lesson 3: Fault Range Identification and Analysis

• How to survey operation maps.
• Analyzing abnormal parameters and accurate fault diagnosis.

Lesson 4: Adjustment Operations

• Guidance on using SMARTFi2 and REMAP PC software to modify the control map.
• Proper ECM connection procedures to ensure absolute safety during operation.

Lesson 5: On-Vehicle Practice

• Hands-on ECU remapping practice on Honda motorcycles and other popular models.
• Tuning of key parameters:
• Enhance take-off performance by adjusting throttle response regions.
• Adjust fuel injection ratio and ignition timing for optimal efficiency.
• Remove RPM limits to unlock hidden performance.
• Extract A/F (Air-Fuel) ratio for each operating range for precise tuning.
• Enable/disable error codes and customize special modes.
• Customize cooling fan activation and VVA valve timing.
• Resolve initial throttle lag and backfire issues, especially for Honda models like SH Ý and SH Việt.
