Advanced Training Course in the Philippines on Smart Key Programming, Odometer Calibration, and Remapping

Autoshop, a pioneering company in the development of motorcycle equipment in Vietnam, has successfully organized an advanced training course in the Philippines with the participation of over 30 trainees. The course focused on modern technologies such as smart key programming, odometer calibration, and remapping, aiming to enhance the skills of technicians and experts in the motorcycle repair industry.

The course was conducted by a team of leading experts from Autoshop, with the special participation of two distinguished sponsors: Mr. Ericson Marcaida and Mr. @TAG. In addition, the CM Innovations Cleaner Master team made valuable contributions by providing tools and software to support the training program.

The training program was structured into several specialized modules, including

Smart Key Programming:

Operating Principles : A detailed introduction to the structure and functioning of smart key systems, covering both electronic components and control software.

Programming Methods : Trainees were guided through programming steps from basic to advanced levels, enabling them to handle real-world scenarios during repair and maintenance.

Repair and Maintenance : In addition to programming, the course also covered diagnostic techniques and troubleshooting for common smart key systems available in the market.

Odometer Calibration:

Calibration Techniquesn: Trainees became familiar with procedures and specialized equipment used to calibrate odometer readings, ensuring precision and safety.

Testing Methods: Practical exercises helped participants master inspection processes, fault diagnosis, and scientific, effective calibration of odometers.

Standards and Safety : The module emphasized compliance with international technical standards to ensure repair work maintains device integrity and user safety.

ECU Remapping:

Engine Performance Optimization: The course provided knowledge on customizing ECU software to enhance engine performance — from increasing power to improving fuel efficiency.
