FREE ECU ZIN REMAP TRAINING COURSE FOR THE SOUTHERN AND WESTERN REGIONS FROM JUNE 20, 2025 TO JULY 1, 2025

Recently, Autoshop Vietnam, in collaboration with Nam Dat Company, successfully organized 7 training classes titled "Free ECU Zin Remap Training for Motorcycle Technicians in the Southern and Western Regions."

The classes were professionally conducted in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, and Dong Thap, each attracting over 40 participants, affirming the real-world demand and strong interest from the technical community in modern remap technology.

IN-DEPTH TRAINING CONTENT – FROM THEORY TO PRACTICE

The training program was structured into two main parts: in-depth theoretical instruction and hands-on practice, enabling trainees to gain both solid knowledge and practical skills.

PART I: IN-DEPTH THEORY

• Overview of ECU remapping, when it should be applied, and the practical benefits for motorcycles.
• Standard technical procedure for safe and effective remapping.
• How to use SMARTFi2 and REMAP PC software on popular motorcycle models.
• Proper ECM connection to avoid damage to the electronic system.
• Fuel-air map analysis, identifying abnormal parameters, and diagnosing electronic faults.
• How to fix throttle lag and adjust throttle zones to improve acceleration.
• Fine-tuning fuel injection and ignition timing to optimize performance and fuel economy.
• Removing RPM limits to unlock engine power.
• Adjusting cooling fans, VVA valves, and fixing popping issues after the exhaust on models like SH Ý and SH Việt.
• How to enable/disable error codes and activate special modes.

 PART II: HANDS-ON PRACTICE

Trainees practiced directly on their own motorcycles under close guidance from instructors:

• ECM connection, map reading, analysis, and standard remap procedures.
• Hands-on error handling, configuration adjustments, and real-time performance testing post-remap.
• One-on-one support from instructors, who provided answers and shared field experience.
